The accommodation we offer consists of a newly renovated one-bedroom apartment located in the Carré d'Or, the centre of Cannes, in a lively street with restaurants, bars and clubs at your door step.  It is merely a two minute walk from the beach and five minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Casino Barrière and the harbour. The apartment is ideal for a couple and can accommodate one child.

Le Festival features a south facing living room with a balcony, a sleeper couch, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen. You will appreciate the rooms high ceiling.The bedroom has a 180*200 cm bed and an ensuite bathroom. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
